week end at last... i am so tired... this is my first week teaching as a high school teacher. I teach basic Japanese and got a bit frustrated to find that half of my students are unable to write and read hiragana like i wished before. it's not comfortable to write japanese in romaji...

i got very nervous at my first day and the students realized it. some tried to tease me, some tried to pay attention, and most just ignored me... ugh. but the second day got better. I think being honest to the students didn't always end bad. the second day i told the students that i was nervous, and they told me to relax... haha funny isn't it? so the day went well. i can get the class' attention though they're not fully quiet. how can you be so quiet in a language class anyway?

my brother who have more teaching experience than I do suggest a way to get the students' attention.

he said: held your hand above your head, sis. make a fist and use your heaviest voice and said hello in japanese. at first they would mimic you and even joke about it but after that they will give you their full attention. and that's what really matters right?

and it worked... it really worked. thanx a lot bro...

the third day, i got a very energetic class. well they were noisy but their enthusiasm makes me happy. they're not good with writing in hiragana but they're good in Kaiwa (conversation) so i can start from the the speech down to the writing. I told them to mimic my pronunciation and write them down in their note books. and they obey it.

i think i'm starting my new job pretty well. and i think i feel healthier since i was forced to change my sleeping hour. I have to sleep at 9 pm and wake up at 3 to 4 am... and waking up early really is good for your body. I have time prepare my own lunch and do some cleaning.

it's a tiring week but in a good way.

I'm going to hate Kishimoto sensei if he make Kakashi die in the next episode... Kakashi is a main character... the dead character's list is crowded with Asuna, Itachi and Jiraiya's name in it. I just hope the name Kakashi wouldn't be in there.

And why did Link had to turned to a doll?

i think some shounen manga authors tried to make emotional scenes in their series lately.. some worked some don't.
